Shandrani occupies its own peninsula at the southeast tip of Mauritius, which means three separate beaches and one of the calmest swimming spots on the island, right beside Blue Bay Marine Park. It is fully all inclusive, the kids club for 3 to 11 year olds is free, and the airport is roughly ten minutes away, which matters enormously when you land at dawn with a wrecked toddler. Is the all inclusive really worth it here?
Yes, more than at most Mauritian resorts, because there is nowhere to eat within walking distance and six restaurants are covered by the package.
Is the plane noise a problem?
