A dependable four-star in the Yas Plaza cluster, this is a straightforward, good-value base a few minutes from Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros World, with the parks walkable and the free Yas Express passing the door. There is an outdoor pool and a separate kids' pool, a handful of casual restaurants, and the usual Yas Island perk of complimentary daily park access with most stays. It does not have the big kids' club or splash-park extras of the pricier resorts, so it suits families who plan to spend their days inside the theme parks and simply want a comfortable, affordable place to sleep and swim. For a park-first trip on a sensible budget, it quietly does the job.

Is it too basic for young children?
There is no supervised kids' club, but there is a kids' pool and plenty of space, and the parks provide all the entertainment. If you want an on-site club and splash areas, the Hilton or a Saadiyat resort will suit better.
How close is the airport?
Abu Dhabi airport is about ten minutes away, which makes late arrivals and early departures painless with tired children. Yas Island as a whole sits close to the airport.
Do we need a hire car?
No. The free Yas Express shuttle links the hotels, parks, mall and beach, and taxis are cheap by European standards. Note that taxis do not carry child seats, so bring a travel booster if you use one.
