The Splash Kids Club is free and age-split, teens get their own hangout, and the whole thing is engineered around families rather than tacking children onto an adult resort. Rooms and food are solid mainstream all-inclusive rather than gourmet, which is exactly why the price undercuts the boutique names. It shares the Puerto Morelos stretch, so the airport is close, and the honest caveats are the usual coast-wide ones: a long-haul flight from Europe and possible sargassum in the warmer months.
