This is the polished, grown-up address on the Corniche, an ultra-luxe tower with the Red Sea barely thirty metres from the door and rooms that frame the water and King Fahd's Fountain. For families it quietly delivers: an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a rooftop pool, plus the Rose Buds programme that hands children a welcome letter, a kids' menu and small treats, and lets under-sixes dine free on half-board rates. It leans refined rather than splashy, so it suits parents who want a beautiful, restful base with faultless service and are happy to swim in the pools rather than a big kids' water park. Al-Balad old town and the Fakieh Aquarium are both a short taxi away, which makes this an easy launchpad for a city break with children.

Our verdict

The refined choice for families who want a beautiful, calm Corniche base with three pools and standout service, and are content to swim in the pools rather than the sea. Ask for a high sea-view room and let the little ones enjoy the Rose Buds welcome.

🛏️

The rooms

Large, calm rooms and suites, most looking straight out at the Red Sea, with generous suites and connecting options that give a family real breathing room. Cots and high chairs come as standard, and the Rose Buds welcome pack means the little ones are looked after from the moment you check in.

Parents also ask

Can we swim in the sea here?

Not from the hotel: the Red Sea is right there to look at, but Jeddah's city seafront is a promenade rather than a swimming beach. Swimming happens in the three hotel pools, and for a proper beach day you would head to an Obhur beach resort north of the city.

Is there a kids' club?

There is no full supervised kids' club, but the Rose Buds programme provides welcome packs, kids' menus and baby amenities. It is a refined hotel that looks after children rather than a resort that entertains them all day.

Is it easy to reach Al-Balad and the aquarium?

Yes, both are short, cheap taxi rides from the Corniche. Taxis do not carry child seats, so bring a travel booster if you use one, and plan outings around the cooler morning and evening hours.
