A large, friendly all-inclusive on the Yasmine seafront that packs a lot in for the money: three pools with water slides, a free kids club, a spa with a hammam for the grown-ups and a private stretch of sand. It is a couple of kilometres from the busiest part of Yasmine, which keeps it calmer than the marina hotels while still being an easy taxi from the theme park and shops. Solid, sunny value for a family week rather than a design statement.

Our verdict
A calmer, keenly priced all-inclusive with slides and a kids club. Good for families who want space and quiet but still want water fun on tap.
The rooms
Comfortable rooms and family rooms across a large seafront resort, most with a balcony over the pools, gardens or sea. There is space for a family of four, cots come free on request, and the more recently updated rooms are a clear step up, so it pays to ask.
