Dream Castle is a partner hotel that leans into the fairytale, a turreted castle with formal gardens that looks the part for a Disney trip. Inside there is a heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and hot tub for the grown-ups, plus a summer outdoor pool, and a free shuttle runs to the parks all day. It is a comfortable, storybook-styled middle ground: pricier than the budget partners but calmer and prettier, without the on-site perks.
