Uroa Bay is the budget-friendly beach resort that lets a family do Zanzibar without the big price tag. It is cheerful and unfussy, sitting on a long private beach on the central east coast, a short walk from Uroa village. There is no dedicated kids club, but the two freshwater pools, including a shallow one for children, do a lot of the entertaining, and family rooms keep everyone together.
