Its real strength for young families is the age-split club structure: a Baby Club, a Mini Club and a Junior Club, with staff used to the very youngest guests. Be clear on one thing when booking this complex: the neighbouring TRS Yucatan is adults-only, so make sure you are on a Grand Palladium (Kantenah, Colonial or White Sand) rate.
